Winterbole Rimeneedle

The treants of the Winterbole have made pacts with a primordial spirit of the harsh winters known as the Prince of Frost. This granted them great powers, but it convinced the deciduous treants of the Harken Forest took this as more proof of the conifer’s traitorous tendencies. Their later allegiance to the white dragon Bitterstrike is even more damning, and sparked a new set of battles as the Harken treants marched upon the Winterbole in a fury.

If the target is prone, the treant can make one Stomp attack against it as a bonus action.
Winter’s Step (1/Short Rest). As a bonus action, the treant can magically teleport up to 25 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. Each creature within 10 feet of it after it teleports must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful save.
